Yes. EOIR's current instructions state that when a contact-information change affects more than one person with a case pending before immigration court or the BIA, a separate EOIR-33 must be submitted for each person.

Use the version for the correct tribunal

For a case pending in immigration court, use EOIR-33/IC. For a case pending before the Board of Immigration Appeals, use EOIR-33/BIA.

Family members can have different case locations or procedural histories, so confirm where each person's case is pending rather than assuming every family member uses the same version.

Meet the deadline for every person

EOIR requires contact-information changes to be reported within five working days. Preparing one form for the principal respondent does not update the records of the other family members.

Keep a family tracking sheet

For each person, record: full name; A-number; tribunal; form used; date submitted; method submitted; proof of service; and submission or delivery confirmation. Store each person's confirmation in that person's court-record folder.

USCIS changes are separate

If family members also have USCIS cases or USCIS address-reporting obligations, updating EOIR does not automatically update USCIS. Use the appropriate official process for each agency.
